Please be ready at the starting point of the race 10 minutes prior to your Heat/Finals to place your bike and wait for the mass start behind the designated starting line. The races will start on time.
• Each racer will receive several manifests, which you will find attached to your bike upon race start.
• Each manifest will consist of 6 jobs.
• Try to finish as many jobs and manifests as possible during your Heat/Final while considering the rules on the next page.
• Each manifest will have to be completed within 45 Minutes. Therefore, each manifest will receive a first time stamp upon pick-up of the first job (any job of your liking) on that manifest. It can be started at any time and at any checkpoint. The second time stamp will be given to you upon handing-in the manifest at HQ. The time between the first timestamp and the second timestamp needs to be a maximum of 45 Minutes 0 Seconds. If it is longer, you will receive penalty points (see points).
• Each manifest can be started (time stamp upon starting first job) and finished (returned to HQ) at any time during the race.
• All the manifests need to be returned to HQ by the latest by the exact ending time of the Heat/Final (after 90 Minutes), or they will not be accepted. There will be a person outside HQ that will write the second time stamp, as soon as you arrive, so do not worry about waiting times at HQ.
• Each manifest will have a total of 6 different jobs to be completed within 45 Minutes. If you feel time is tight, you do not need to finish all the jobs on the manifest. Make sure you drop all picked-up jobs, or your whole manifest will be invalid (see points).
• Each job needs to be picked up at a designated CP and dropped at another designated CP (or more, see next point). Make sure to receive a stamp on your manifest for every pick-up and
drop-off!
• Some jobs may have a stop-over, or there-and-back component, which means it will involve more than one pick-up or drop-off.
• You may combine as many jobs as you like.
• Make sure you always know what job needs to go where; the customer aka CP personnel will want to receive the correct order.
• Each of the 6 jobs on any manifest is worth the
same amount of points.
• You will receive 60 points for a full manifest that is
returned within the 45 Minutes (remember: the time between the first timestamp and the second timestamp needs to be a maximum of 45 Minutes 0 Seconds).
• Penalty points for missing jobs on a manifest: -15 Punkte
• Penalty points per 5 Minutes overtime
on the manifest: -10 Punkte
• No unfinished jobs!! If you start a job, you need to finish it! The whole manifest becomes invalid if you have an unfinished job on it.
• If you finish all the jobs and all the manifests on time, you will receive priority points depending on when your last
manifest was dropped at HQ.
• Priority points are used to separately rank racers with the same amount of points.
• The race route needs to be followed as described
on the race map.
• Do not ride in the wrong direction, take forbidden shortcuts or leave the race route, or your behaviour will be sanctioned and you might be disqualified.
• Do oblige to the traffic wardens commands, if they are given to you, or your behaviour will be sanctioned and you might be disqualified.
• Be nice to anyone working during the main race including
CP personnel, traffic wardens and race coordinators. They are volunteering their time so you can have the best racing
experience. They all have the power to disqualify you, if you do not comply with the rules.
The heat results and the list of racers qualified for the final, will be announced at the Mainrace HQ at 15:30 and published on our social media channels at the same time.
